Founder & CCO
Elad is our ultimate authority on all things light – from lighting design to cutting-edge tech and a deep understanding of how plants grow best. Even when he’s not working, you’ll find him on a yoga mat doing sun salutations – because good light starts from within. He’s married to Hadar, and together they’re raising the three coolest kids on the planet: Boaz, Levi and Ilan.
Maayan Toby
Founder, COO & CFO
Maayan may stand at just 1.48m tall, but don’t let the height fool you – she lights up every room she walks into. She studied Business and Marketing at the Open University and served as an organizational officer in the army. It’s safe to say she was born for operations. Outside the office? She’s raising Jessie – a giant and energetic dog, and always knows where to find the best food in town.
Nir getta
Operations & Technical Support
Nir is our operations guy – the one we call when something breaks (or even if it doesn’t). He turns talk into reality, keeps everything flowing, solves problems before they land on anyone’s radar, and still manages to bring fresh ideas into the mix.
He’s our in-house model, plant whisperer, and has a slightly mysterious love for banana trees. Even off the clock, Nir’s out in his garden – making sure everything grows while the rest of us are busy with… everything else.
Netta Getta Harari
Office manager & administration
Neta is the one who keeps everything (and everyone) in line – she sets the processes, adds the practical touch, and gets things done. She’s our office mom in the best possible way, bringing the warmth, the calm, and the “we’ve got this” energy that ties us all together. Neta has a built-in design sense, loves plants and people in equal measure, and a true talent for turning everyday moments into something brilliant.
Gil Schramm
Plant physiology
Gil is our precision-agriculture specialist, with a B.Sc. in Agronomy from the Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture and an M.Sc. from Wageningen University – the world’s leading university in agriculture. He has hands-on experience working with growers, facilities, and farms in more places than we can keep track of.
He’s sharp, quick to learn, and understands growers well enough to stand right beside them and help them get better at what they do.He grew up around fields and farms, comes from an agricultural family, is a proud father – and a fantastic human being.

Our Windowless Showroom makes the impossible easy – No windows but plenty of photosynthesis. It’s always in motion: experimenting, fine-tuning, and bringing an impressively wide range of crops to life in a controlled environment. And it does all of that with nothing but light. Sometimes even we forget it’s all LED.
