Elad is our ultimate authority on all things light – from lighting design to cutting-edge tech and a deep understanding of how plants grow best. Even when he’s not working, you’ll find him on a yoga mat doing sun salutations – because good light starts from within. He’s married to Hadar, and together they’re raising the two coolest kids on the planet: Boaz and Levi.

Maayan may stand at just 1.48m tall, but don’t let the height fool you – she lights up every room she walks into. She studied Business and Marketing at the Open University and served as an organizational officer in the army. It’s safe to say she was born for operations. Outside the office? She’s raising Jessie – a giant and energetic dog, and always knows where to find the best food in town.

Stav is the heart of our office – she’s in charge of the marketing, content creation, social media and (most importantly) happy hour. She studied HR and behavioral sciences, so she knows how to make people feel at home (and productive at the same time). She’s the first to greet you with a smile – and a camera, because if it’s not documented, did it even happen?

Operations & Technical Support
Nir is our operations guy – the one we call when something breaks (or even if it doesn’t). He’s our in-house model, plant whisperer, and has a slightly mysterious love for banana trees. Even when he’s off the clock, Nir is out in his garden. He’s the one making sure everything grows and thrives while the rest of us are busy with… everything else.
